Beyond amazing customer service! I needed to get the clasp on my gold bracelet fixed same day, I took it in they repaired it on the spot and did it free of charge as it wasn't a huge fix. This was so unnecessary but oh so  lovely and very touching. Just wanted to share my appreciation and mention how lucky Lane Cove is to have a lovely local jeweller! We took a Watch in there to have links removed and they were extremely kind and showed my wife how to adjust the time on her watch, and all the intricacies. all for a very reasonable fee.
